Perfection Does Not Equal Success

Give yourself some grace today. Perfection does not equal success. Let me say that again for those of you running around like a chicken with your head cut off trying to make everything perfect...

PERFECTION DOES NOT EQUAL SUCCESS!

We should not constantly strive for perfection, but rather forward progress. When we aim for perfection constantly we are feeding our brains with false comfort and setting ourselves up for failure. We are only human and will never be perfect at everything. But, we can grow and learn new things each day. We can get up every morning with the intention of moving forward, whatever that means for you today.

In order to grow, you are going to have to learn new things. To learn new things, you are going to have to be "new" at something again. You are going to have to be imperfect and start small to gain something new.

Perfection is not the success criteria for your life.
