Today I learned how to make my own Lysol wipes! Lysol wipes are virtually non-existant at the moment and recent articles are guestimating these won't be back on the shelves until June (and that's a MAYBE) 😲.
This was almost too easy! Why did I wait until quarantine to learn how to make these?!? If you are asking yourself the same question, follow along...
What you will need:
- 12 oz of water
- 1/4 cup Rubbing Alcohol (70% Isopropyl)
‐ 4 squirts of dish soap
- 1 roll of paper towels
- A tightly sealed container
Directions:
1. Cut the paper towel roll down to the size of your container.
2. Place the paper towels in the container.
3. Mix the water, Rubbing Alcohol, and dish soap together (slowly to not make bubbles).
4. Pour the mixture over the paper towels a little at a time. Give it a little time in between each pour to let it soak into the paper towels.
5. Pull the cardboard out of the middle. Trust me, I was just as shocked as you are that it just popped right out 🤯.
6. Pull the center paper towel out to start using your wipes.
Easy 👏 Freakin' 👏 Peasy
.........and now I will never be buying these again!
